Description: Deep red color. The nose is of bitter plum and chocolate. The palate is smooth and characteristic of plum with vanilla and chocolate overtones. Good length with nicely balanced acidity.
Blend: Carignan / Cabernet Sauvignon
Grape Origin: Egypt
Ageing: 3 months with oak
Food Pairing: Red meats, hard cheeses and spicy foods.
Serving Temperature: 16 -18 °C
